Each Seiðr Hus creation is handcrafted in small batches—a mix of dirt, flame, and plant alchemy. Because of this, we don’t accept returns once a product has left our studio.

That said, we want your ritual tools to feel right:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery at seidrhus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the credit to show up.
